We are pleased to announce the appointment of Tony Holmes, Vice President/Director, Mortgage Lending at ESL Federal Credit Union, to the NCP Regional Board!

Holmes’s experience stretches more than 15 years in the banking and mortgage industries. At ESL, he oversees many of the credit union’s mortgage lending team, including mortgage sales, underwriting, processing, and loan closing.

“It is an honor to join and serve on the NeighborWorks Community Partners board,” said Holmes. “The organization has a storied history when it comes to providing homebuyer education, renovation grants and foreclosure prevention services. These are imperatives to ensuring housing stability, affordability and suitability and it is my pleasure to serve and contribute to NeighborWorks’ efforts to improve lives and strengthen communities.”
