NCP’s next CEO will partner with a talented staff and a dedicated Board to drive the creation and implementation of a new strategic plan. High priorities for the CEO will include:

Loan Officer - Buffalo NY

The position will have responsibility for originating and underwriting all NeighborWorks® Community Partners’ lending line-of-business products, as well as coordinating the loan process from program application to loan closing. The Loan Officer assists the Director of Lending and other members of the Lending Services team to ensure loan goals and outcomes are achieved.

Maintenance Technician - Niagara Falls, NY

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the management and oversight of the physical building and grounds of NeighborWorks Community Partners Niagara Falls’ multi-family rental properties. Responsible for ensuring properties are operating efficiently with high occupancy, and all maintenance requests completed properly and in a timely manner. Maintenance of plumbing, heating, electrical, general carpentry, and painting is essential. Completion of preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs, unit preparations for new tenants, and all other responsibilities pertaining to the professional maintenance of the properties and grounds.

Energy Services Technician - Buffalo and Niagara Falls, NY (2 hires)

The Energy Services Technician is a year-round NYSERDA auditor on the front-line team, responsible for ensuring a smooth customer experience in the Energy Department. Are you looking for a fast-paced job that keeps you engaged? We are seeking high-energy candidates that have a minimum of 2 years of auditing experience and/or HVAC experience. However, if you are just starting out and can demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude and a sincere desire to learn about the Energy auditing industry, we are willing to train the right individual.
